Purchases Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. or telephone your order through to us We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons: authorisation of your payment failed we made a pricing or product description error Item or items are out of stock If there are any problems with an order, you'll be contacted by email or telephone to inform you of the problem. If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is despatched (orders are normally processed immediately after they've been placed, so we may have already made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it. If this is the case then we can't always stop the order from being delivered: once you receive the order, you will be notified where to ship back the order note: there will be a re stock handling fee of £35.00 per order for returned goods, if possible and we collect there will be a handling fee of £50.00. all returns must be in original packaging and all parts accounted for. Cancellations To cancel your order, please contact us before 7 days of receipt by email or phone Payment You can make your payment by credit or debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard and UK bank debit cards. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email confirmation of your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If it is not we will cancel the order. Delivery and Carriage Costs For UK orders, we generally aim to fulfil your order as soon as possible Delivery is 3 - 14 days on all products we will call and advise you the date of delivery shortly after your order normally the next day, The driver will call you on this date 30mins - 1 hour before delivery If there is likely to be a problem with access please inform us by telephone at the time of order. delivery is charged at £29.99 per complete order for worktops Please note that a £15 surcharge applies to single item orders applies to worktops or appliances units. On Site: A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature. If goods are signed for as "unchecked" no claim can be entered into Please ensure an able bodied assistant is available to receive the goods and can be accommodated If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to accept delivery we reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to our warehouse. Goods must be inspected on delivery. Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called by telephone with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges: In accordance with UK tax law, UK Value Added Tax at 17.5% will be charged where the delivery is to an address within the United Kingdom . The prices shown on this site include VAT at 17.5%. Credit Card Security & Privacy Report When the order is placed on our website through our shopping cart the payment section is handled by Paypal which uses encryption. We do not hold or save credit card numbers or any other financial data in our system s– each transaction requires the entry of a valid credit card number before it is processed. No data is transmitted in clear text between any web site during the payment process. the card is then authorized, we have to process the order before we can claim the payment.
